This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website operated by Neurotox Support LLC, doing business as NTS (“NTS,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order with NTS, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced at checkout.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of dietary supplement products, quality control standards, safety considerations, and tamper-evidence requirements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Neurotox Support LLC in writing.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the product description, Supplement Facts, ingredients, directions, warnings, and other product information before purchasing;

  • You understand that NTS is a dietary supplement;

  • You understand that NTS is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease;

  • You understand that individual experiences may vary;

  • You understand that NTS does not guarantee any specific aesthetic, cosmetic, neurotoxin, injectable, wellness, or medical result;

  • You understand and agree that all purchases are final.


2. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept product returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind;

  • Ordering the wrong product;

  • Ordering the wrong quantity;

  • No longer wanting the product;

  • Not using the product;

  • Disliking the product;

  • Personal preference;

  • Failure to read product information before purchase;

  • Failure to consult a healthcare provider before purchase or use;

  • Different results than expected;

  • Delayed use of the product;

  • Product purchased for the wrong appointment date;

  • Product purchased by mistake.

Because dietary supplements are ingestible products, we cannot restock, resell, or reuse returned items once they have left our control.

3. No Refunds for Individual Results
NTS is a dietary supplement designed to support general wellness and nutritional support. It is not a drug, medication, medical treatment, or substitute for professional medical advice.
We do not guarantee that NTS will improve, extend, enhance, change, or affect the results of any neurotoxin, injectable, cosmetic, aesthetic, dermatologic, or medical treatment.
Refunds will not be issued because:

  • You did not experience the result you expected;

  • Your aesthetic treatment results were different than expected;

  • Your neurotoxin or injectable treatment did not perform as expected;

  • You experienced no noticeable difference;

  • You used the product differently than directed;

  • You did not complete the full suggested protocol;

  • You began using the product at a different time than recommended;

  • Your appointment was rescheduled, canceled, or changed.

Any decisions regarding aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatologic, injectable, or medical treatments should be made directly with your licensed healthcare or aesthetic provider.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or changed.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been submitted, except where required by law or expressly approved by us in writing.

We may, at our sole discretion, attempt to assist if your order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped. However, contacting us does not guarantee cancellation, modification, refund, or any other change to your order.

5. Address Errors and Undeliverable Packages
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
NTS is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address;

  • Incomplete apartment, suite, unit, or mailbox number;

  • Misspelled name or address;

  • Failure to update address information;

  • Refusal of delivery;

  • Failure to pick up a package;

  • Carrier inability to deliver;

  • Carrier delays or errors outside our control.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, we may, at our discretion, offer reshipment at your expense. We are not required to issue a refund for returned or undeliverable packages.

6. Shipping Delays
Shipping times and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers;

  • Weather;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Holidays;

  • Labor disruptions;

  • Supply chain issues;

  • Incorrect shipping information;

  • Failed delivery attempts;

  • Government actions;

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping delays do not qualify for a refund once an order has been placed and fulfilled, except where required by applicable law.

7. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Although all sales are final, we want you to receive the product you ordered in acceptable condition.

  • Clear photos of the product;

  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging;

  • Clear photos of the packing slip, if available.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
We may require the product, packaging, shipping materials, and packing slip to be returned or made available for inspection before any resolution is issued.
This section does not create a general return, exchange, cancellation, or refund right.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
NTS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost, missing, or stolen.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend that you:

  • Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout;

  • Check around your delivery location;

  • Ask household members, neighbors, front desk staff, mailroom staff, or building management;

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.

We may, at our discretion, assist with carrier-related information, but we are not required to issue a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered.

9. Product Concerns or Adverse Events
If you experience a product concern or possible adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

Reporting a product concern or adverse event does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, return, exchange, or replacement. We review each concern in accordance with our quality, safety, legal, and regulatory procedures.

10. Unauthorized Resale Purchases
This Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from the official NTS website or an authorized seller.
We are not responsible for products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, resale marketplaces, individuals, auction sites, or unapproved retailers.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may be expired, tampered with, improperly stored, counterfeit, or otherwise unsafe. We do not guarantee the authenticity, safety, quality, or condition of products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Refunds, replacements, exchanges, or customer support may be denied for products purchased from unauthorized sources.

11. Promotional Items, Discounts, and Bundles
Promotional items, discounted products, launch offers, limited-time offers, bundles, gift-with-purchase items, and special pricing orders are final sale.
Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
If a replacement or exception is granted for a bundled order, gift-with-purchase, or promotional item, we reserve the right to adjust any credit, replacement, or refund amount to reflect the promotional value actually paid.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a validly placed and fulfilled order may be treated as a violation of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to provide your agreement to this Refund Policy, our Terms & Conditions, checkout consent records, order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and customer communication records to the payment processor, credit card company, bank, or dispute resolution provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or payment card laws.

13. Refunds Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or waive any rights that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.
If applicable law requires a refund, return, cancellation, replacement, or other remedy, we will comply with the law.
