These Checkout Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website operated by Neurotox Support LLC, doing business as NTS (“NTS,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, clicking “Place Order,” “Complete Purchase,” or any similar checkout button, you agree to these Checkout Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Website Terms of Use, and any other policies referenced at checkout.

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.

1. Product Description

NTS is a dietary supplement product intended to support general wellness and nutritional support for adults. NTS is not a drug, medication, medical treatment, or substitute for professional medical care.

NTS is not manufactured, sold, or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, medical condition, adverse treatment outcome, or aesthetic concern.

2. Not Medical Advice

All information provided by NTS, including information on our website, product packaging, advertisements, emails, social media, checkout pages, educational materials, or customer support communications, is for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing provided by NTS should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, pharmacist, aesthetic provider, or other qualified healthcare professional.

You should consult your healthcare provider before using NTS, especially if you:

  • Are pregnant, nursing, trying to become pregnant, or may become pregnant;

  • Have a medical condition;

  • Take prescription or over-the-counter medications;

  • Take other supplements containing zinc, copper, selenium, vitamin B6, enzymes, or related ingredients;

  • Have allergies or sensitivities;

  • Are scheduled for, currently receiving, or recently received any medical or aesthetic treatment;

  • Have been advised to restrict minerals, vitamins, or supplements.

 

3. No Guarantee of Aesthetic, Medical, or Treatment Results

NTS is designed as a dietary supplement for general nutritional support. Individual experiences may vary.

NTS does not guarantee, promise, or represent that use of the product will:

  • Improve, extend, enhance, or change the results of any neurotoxin, injectable, cosmetic, dermatologic, or medical treatment;

  • Make any aesthetic treatment more effective;

  • Prevent treatment resistance, non-response, side effects, complications, or dissatisfaction;

  • Produce any particular wellness, cosmetic, medical, or aesthetic outcome.

Any decision to undergo an aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatologic, or medical procedure should be made directly between you and your licensed provider.

 

4. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;

  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement;

  • The information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete;

  • You are purchasing for personal use and not for unauthorized resale, unless we have approved you in writing as a wholesale, clinical, or professional account;

  • You will use the product only as directed on the label unless otherwise advised by your healthcare provider.

5. Ingredient Review and Assumption of Responsibility

Before purchasing and using NTS, you are responsible for reviewing the Supplement Facts panel, ingredient list, allergen information, warnings, directions, and any other product information provided.

Do not use NTS if you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredient. Discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience any adverse reaction, including but not limited to rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing, dizziness, severe gastrointestinal symptoms, or any other concerning symptom.

6. Directions for Use

You agree to use NTS only as directed on the product label. Do not exceed the recommended serving size unless instructed by a qualified healthcare professional.

NTS may contain minerals and other dietary ingredients that can contribute to your total daily intake. You are responsible for considering other supplements, fortified foods, medications, and dietary sources you may be using.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, reject orders, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment issues, or violation of these terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed and the cancellation is not due to your violation of these terms, we will issue a refund for the canceled item or order.

8. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of errors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and any other disclosed charges.

9. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, use tax, or other transaction taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, or fees imposed by governmental authorities in connection with your purchase.

10. Shipping

Shipping times and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information, carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, acts of government, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, we may, at our discretion, offer reshipment at your expense.

11. Delivery Issues, Damaged Products, or Wrong Item Received

Although all sales are final, we want you to receive the product you ordered in acceptable condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@neurotoxsupport.com with:

  • Your order number;

  • Your full name;

  • Photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and packing slip;

  • A description of the issue.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution is appropriate. We may require return of the product before issuing any resolution.

This section does not create a general return right and does not alter our All Sales Final policy.

 

12. All Sales Final; No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of dietary supplement products, quality control, safety, and tamper-evidence considerations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests once an order is placed, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by us in writing.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the product description, ingredients, directions, and warnings before purchase;

  • You understand that NTS is a dietary supplement and does not guarantee any specific result;

  • You understand that all purchases are final;

  • You are not entitled to a refund, return, cancellation, or exchange because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer want the product, did not use the product, did not like the product, experienced results different from expectations, or failed to consult your healthcare provider before use.

Refunds, if any, are issued solely at our discretion or as required by law.

13. No Chargebacks Without First Contacting Us

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact us first at info@neurotoxsupport.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a validly placed and fulfilled order may be treated as a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to provide your agreement to these terms, proof of checkout consent, delivery confirmation, and related order records to the payment processor, card issuer, or dispute resolution provider.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or payment card laws.

14. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes, discounts, bundles, launch offers, influencer codes, or special pricing are subject to change, expiration, cancellation, or additional terms at any time. Promotions have no cash value and may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases unless we expressly agree in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel orders involving misuse of promotional codes, suspected fraud, unauthorized sharing, or abuse of promotional offers.

15. Subscription Terms, If Offered

If NTS offers subscriptions, auto-renewals, replenishment plans, memberships, or recurring billing in the future, additional subscription terms will apply and will be disclosed before purchase.

For any subscription purchase, we will disclose the recurring price, billing frequency, cancellation method, and other material terms before enrollment. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until canceled in accordance with the subscription terms.

Subscription cancellation does not cancel or refund orders that have already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled unless required by applicable law.

16. California Proposition 65 Notice, If Applicable

For California consumers only, certain products may require a Proposition 65 warning if they expose consumers to chemicals listed by the State of California as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

If applicable, the following warning may appear on the product page, checkout page, packaging, or other point-of-sale materials:

WARNING: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including [insert listed chemical if applicable, such as lead], which is known to the State of California to cause [cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm]. For more information, visit the official Proposition 65 warnings website.

Do not include this warning automatically without reviewing your finished-product heavy metal testing, exposure levels, and California-specific legal obligations with a qualified regulatory attorney or Proposition 65 consultant.

17. No Unauthorized Resale

Products purchased from NTS are for personal use only unless we provide written authorization for resale, professional distribution, wholesale use, affiliate sales, or clinical resale.

You may not resell, relabel, repackage, redistribute, alter, export, or advertise NTS products without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale, marketplace diversion, or distribution outside approved channels.

18. Intellectual Property

All NTS names, logos, product names, product packaging, images, copy, formulas, website content, educational content, graphics, videos, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to NTS and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

19. User Content, Reviews, and Testimonials

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, video, comment, social media tag, or other content related to NTS, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, edit, publish, and distribute that content for marketing, educational, promotional, and business purposes, subject to applicable law.

You agree that any content you submit will be truthful, based on your honest experience, and will not be misleading, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringe on the rights of any third party.

We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish content at our discretion.

Customer testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that other customers will have the same experience.

 

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTS products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

 

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTS, Neurotox Support LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, personal dissatisfaction, aesthetic dissatisfaction, treatment dissatisfaction, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your purchase or use of NTS products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your purchase or use of a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

22. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that dietary supplements may affect individuals differently. You voluntarily assume responsibility for determining whether NTS is appropriate for you, including consulting a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the product and for any decisions you make regarding supplements, wellness routines, aesthetic treatments, cosmetic procedures, or medical care.

 

23. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NTS, Neurotox Support LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your misuse of the product;

  • Your violation of these terms;

  • Your violation of applicable law;

  • Your unauthorized resale, redistribution, or modification of the product;

  • Your false, misleading, or unauthorized statements about NTS;

  • Your infringement or violation of any third-party rights.

 

24. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, supply shortages, manufacturing interruptions, labor disputes, natural disasters, weather events, acts of government, regulatory changes, pandemics, cyber incidents, payment processor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

 

25. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

 

26. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at info@neurotoxsupport.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, your purchase, or your use of NTS products shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless arbitration is required by a separate arbitration agreement or unless applicable law requires another forum.

Each party knowingly and voluntarily waives the right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

27. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Checkout Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted at checkout at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
